2017 Paris Hepathology Conference
A word from the President (Professor Patrick Marcellin)
We are pleased to inform you that the 10th PHC will be held on January 30 and 31, 2017, at the Palais des Congrès in Paris.
As you know, since last year, the Paris Hepatitis Conference has become the Paris Hepatology Conference. We made this change to adapt to the current progression in the landscape of liver diseases. Indeed, the amazing breakthroughs in hepatitis C will probably lead to a cure in all patients once therapy becomes available to all. So it is now time to focus more on the unmet needs of HCC, NASH, end-stage liver diseases and hepatitis B which are still incurable endemic diseases. Obviously, the PHC faculty has invited top level experts in all these new fields (see faculty).
We thank our scientific committee who will be still present in 2017.
As usual , interactive discussions and specific lunch workshops addressing the management of real life patients will be privileged. Indeed, the ultimate goal of PHC 2017 is to review the most current knowledge and discuss their therapeutic implications with the best experienced experts to provide optimal therapy and the best chance of cure to as many patients as possible, worldwide.
Registration will open in September. We’re expecting as every year more than 1300 attendees from more than 80 countries. I hope you’ll be one of them
Pr Patrick Marcellin.
